The Konelab 30 enjoys the features of Konelab 60 but has half the analytical rate. The typical throughput of Konelab 30i is 480 tests per hour with ISEs. The flexibility of the system means that Konelab 30 is specified for the larger laboratory, performing the more esoteric tests such as Specific Proteins and Drugs etc. It is also used in the smaller laboratory as a front line analyser simultaneously measuring routine chemical chemistries, ISEs, Specific Proteins and Drugs of Abuse. The Konelab 30 can be connected to the automated transport system, Kusti, to produce the analytical capacity of any size of laboratory.
